I was looking at my tank tonight with a red led bar and found these guys crawling on my glass. I did some searching, but have no clue!

What are these?

Looks like a spaghetti worm, they are harmless

What's up with the silicone in that corner?

I think that's just a reflection, angle issue. The silicone doesn't look like that in person.
