Serpent stars and clams?

Hello,

I have two maxima clams in my tank. Would it be okay to add a serpent star fish? The serpent star has grey and black stripes. Does any one have serpent stars in their tanks with clams? If yes, how long have you had this combination? Please let me know.

I have had 1 serpent and 2 brittle stars in with my corcea. Haven't had a problem in 7 months.
