Need the sensor on my osmolator replaced, I believe it's a connection issue. Where do I send & what is the usual cost and turn around time.

Ron

If you are in the US, you would send it to me, the part is $28.80. Generally I can repair any Osmolator made after 2010 as long as the issue is not the processor, a major transistor or water damage. Pre 2010 is a grey area as their have been many board changes and we sometimes encounter incompatibility with new parts.

Roger,

Received my osmolator back & just tried reinstalling it...... It just keeps alarming too high. There was no note to what was repaired in the return box. Any ideas?

Ron

OK, good news. The issue was a bad pump. The exact light code is very important to diagnosing it, in yours all 4 lights red, yellow, green, red, were flashing off and on, which means it either has a pump which draws too much power or a power supply which is weak.
