I was afraid of this. I received the Apex today and tried to follow instructions. Stuck already and number for neptune constantly busy. I cant get past a blank blue screen on the display unit. So far I have hard wired to router, EB8 and base unit connected and powered. Solid green light on ethernet, flashing greens on V1/2 and v3/4 and green on EB8. I have a mac and think what I have to do next is find the IP address from the display. How can I do that when it's blank? Can anyone help?

You can download a small free utility for your Mac to scan the local network and list all active devices. This should help you find the Apex's address. Here is one: http://10base-t.com/macintosh-software/ip-scanner/
Or, if you also have a Windows machine available, just use that and type http://apex into the browser's address bar. Then go into the Apex's Network page screen to see what the IP address is.
