Setting for mp40 pumps and a Vortech L1

Hi all,can anyone tell me i'v have a redsea max-e260 and i'v 2mp40 pumps can anyone tell me where is the rigjt place to put them in the tank it's a mix corals tank and if you got a scegual for them. I'v got a vectra L1 return pump and ate the moment it's at 54 percent power, in the cupboard under the stairs i'v have 2reactors and teco chiller and ad xd u v lght unit thts run by a external 10,000 lite pump at 65percent power the tank has sand in the causation is the placements for the mp40 and the scegual for them and get the balance right for the return pump the 10,000 liter pump is running at 65percent power to turn the media over in the reactors at a slow tumble.thanks all.
