Setting help for single 6105 pump and 7095 controller

I've been reading through the manual for the 7095 and checking reefcentral in search for the best settings for creating a back and forth wave effect using the 6105 and 7095. It seems like I should be using the pulse option @ 0.7s with interval at min? and channel 1a power at near min, and channel 1b power at near max.

How do I set the pulse at 0.7s? the lowest it goes is 1.5s? I'm confused.

I have a 75g reef, 48' long, barebottom tank.

You cannot with a 7095, only the 7096 and 7092 are capable of short timings of this sort in wavemode. for a 75 you likely need a timing closer to .40-.50 seconds, to get a wave you have to have very precise timing.

If all you want is to produce a wave, the 7092 is the cheapest option, if you want everything the 7095 has + wavemode and storm mode, the 7096 would be the way to go.
