setting up 20 gallon tank

ok where do i start i already have a 75 gallon tank that is completley screwed up from my local fish store so im going to try you guys i have the ro/di unit andsalt filter light ect. Where do i start maybe getting some good advice from you guys will show me the diffrence between lfs and reef central thanks

wow, can't top that advice. Once you have read that you can go and teach at your LFS. lol

Take it slow and buy good equipment first. RO/DI, efficient skimming, strong lighting, and plenty of flow. Be sure to post some progress on the tank build.

if you're going sumpless -- i have an aqua c remora hang-on skimmer on my 20 gal tall, and it's a good unit so far. although you need to buy the extra attachment that hangs under it to catch the return water and filter out the thousands of micro bubbles.

it's been pretty good so far, a lot of people like them.
