Setting up 75 LPS

I'm setting up a 75 gal that will be predominately lps and fish. I'd like to spend the money just once on good power heads rather than having to upgrade later. Which tunze power heads would you recommend? I don't have experience with tunze but I do have an mp10. I like how I can control the speed but don't like the external motor at all. Can the tunze powerheads have the speed changed? Also this might sound silly, but what's the difference between the controllable and regular ones? I don't currently have a reef keeper/apex but may decide on one. Also I have a nano wavebox already but I'm not sure I'll end up using it.

Thanks for any help! I'm pretty lost trying to figure out this brand.

6055 and 6095 are electronically controllable, with a controller you can adjust the speed and set up pulses and various modes including waves, tides, etc. They will work without a controller at one constant speed.

6045 is mechanically adjustable, you can make a mechanical flow adjustment, in 150gph increments, besides that it functions like the other non controllable pumps 6015 and 6025 which simply plug into the wall and run and cannot be used on any sort of wavemaker or controller.

The ideal in my opinion is 2 6055 and a 7096, if you plan SPS down the road, 2 6095 might be a better choice.
