Tank is in basement. Tank and fish room are on exterior wall so going to install one or two exhaust fans in the room outside. Any recommendations? Thanks.
I use a Fantech with an integrated humidity/temp controller. Honestly, in hindsight, it runs so much that if I did it again, I would probably forgo the controller and just set it on a timer.

For this summer in my new 240g tank I want to place a NuTone ultra silent 80cfm exhaust fan on the ceiling directly on top of my reef tank to help with humidity, what do you guys think?
If Im going with a ceiling mounted exhaust fan, would it be a good idea to buy one that is an exhaust and fan at the same time or would the exhaust be enough?
Tagging along. My 500 gal finally has the canopy finished to the ceiling along an outside wall. I had some vent fans into the room last summer, but the AC just couldn't keep up. I'm planning to vent it outside this year before it starts getting warmer.
