Setting up a QT / Hosp Tank. Whats needed?

Hi guys,

Been keeping a reef for just under a year and never had a QT tank (tut tut I know) but this weekend is THE weekend.

Obvioulsy I am goint to need a tank and heater, but what type of filtration? Water movement? How long dop you leave it set up before putting the fish in?

Any advice would be great.
