Setting up RO/DI unit in garage.

I don't have access to any water in the garage other than a hose. Can I hook up the outside hose to my Bulk Reef supply RO/DI unit to make wate in Brute Barrels? Figuring out how to make enough RO/DOI water is giving me a headache.

Yes.. Just need an adapter or 2 to convert from garden hose to 1/4" tube or whatever..
Mine is fed from a hose spigot in the garage too..

I do it in my garage. I ended up needing a hose heater and ro/di booster pump to produce good water, year round (here in COS, CO)

So you run it through the RO/DI unit then into a Brute container? What do you dump the waste water into?

Run the waste line out under the corner of the garage door... I bet if you go look in the corner with the door shut you will see some gaps, you can route it through there.

try and put the unit as close to the spigot as possible to optimize pressure, the longer the supply line the lower the water pressure will be. since your using a outside hose I'd buy a cheap one and modify it so its only as long as needed.
