Hello Guys,
I have a Nikon D300 with a Sigma DC 18-200mm 1:3.5-6.8 HSM I have been taking pictures of my tank for a long time and Im not happy with the quality of the pictures. I have seen other people pictures with other cameras not as powerful and they look better than mine. I know that with a macro lens I would get better closed up pictures but thats not my main concern right now. My pictures either come out too dark or too light, the colors don't look good. I have play around with the ISO and shutter speed but nothing seems to help, I can't find the right setting. What would you guys recommend???
Here is a closed up pic I took of one of my RBTA, in real life this anemone is much more red than what it looks in the picture. I have done anything to the picture as far as adjusting colors or anything like that. This picture actually isn't that bad I would love to improve the quality as far as color balance, white balance, etc so that the pictures look better. HELP LOL :fun2:
