Im in Australia so not quite the same but the experience ive had has been spot on...ive ordered many times over the years. GHL Profilux, Giesemann Matrix 8x80 T5, multiple Tunze pumps. So not cheap gear to take a risk on and the light was bulky but all arrived with package in perfect condition and not damage to items.

I've purchased from Sewatec over the years. Never had a problem. If you watch the exchange rate, sometimes you can buy cheaper from them than you can in the US.

Even the item are duty free, the shipping alone will kill the deal, except for euro made products.
