Sex change

they look alike as babies also-thats why you'll see some of us say they 'changed sex' its cause they LOOK like x (usually females) and turn into y (usually male) its cause the male may not develop the pouch quickly, or other such things...

Swan maybe right. I have two seahorses around 3 inches in length. They looked like females in the beginning, so I have been trying to hunt down a few males. However, I noticed yesterday night, one did not look like a female anymore.

What size is not consider "baby" anymore?

Sounds like you had a male as Swanwillow described. Age and size on sexing can vary somewhat even within a species. At 3 inches they are most likely still juveniles.

How can I find out whiuch speices do I have? It looks like H. Keloggii, but I am not sure.

The LFS said its "Black Seahorse/Yellow Seahorse".

That is one of the drawbacks of buying from LFS. Unfortunately, most LFS are at the mercy of the wholesaler in ID'ing and naming. I would post some pics and let some of the experienced folks take a shot at ID'ing. There is some controversy on whether the kelloggi on the market are actually ID'ed properly.
