Can a female clarkii turn into a male if a bigger clown is introduced to the tank?

Are you meaning another Clarkii or a different type? Idk about another type but if you add another Clarkii which ever is the dominant one will stay female regardless of size.

It's a one way street. For all the clownfish, if you add a female to another female, you will end up with a female and a dead female. Don't do it. It is best to add a smaller on to one in an establish tank. The smaller one will capitulate quicker than the other way around.
