Hi all,
I got 2 shaving brushes a couple weeks ago. Both arrived about 4" tall. One died right away, just rotted away. The other seemed to settle right in with good color and start to grow.
Then it started to pale, and a little shoot came up next to it. The "mother" hasn't grown much, and is still pale and not bushy, but it did shoot out a couple extra long leaves, like how when plants go to seed. The shoot looks super healthy, and is 3" tall, more than half the height of mom. It's fully bushy and bright green.
I was wondering if I should detach the little guy now that it seems strong enough to support itself so mom can recover?
I've done that with regular plants, but this is my first macro so idk if it works the same way.
thanks!
