Shell stuck to anemone.

We have a rock flower anemone and he has a small rock and a small shell stuck to him. I tried doing a search for anything like this and all I can find is anemones stuck to rocks when people tried to move them. after about 4 days it looks like the he got the small rock out of him, but the shell is still stuck to his side and irritating the crap out of him. He hasn't opened in days, this morning i noticed he moved from above the rock to down below it. Tried to gently pull the shell of but that sucker is stuck good. Is there anything I can do to help this little guy out or just let nature take its course?

He fixed himself. It was pretty neat, not sure if it was intentional or not. It squeezed between two rocks and as it went through the shell and rocks scrapped off. He's in a crappy spot not, but at least he's clean
