I want to place an order from a place in Wisconsin but I see the temp is around 34 degrees. Does anyone have problems receiving orders during this time period of cool weather?

I live in the mid-south and get fish from Wis. 12 months a year; they use heat packs. I assume you're talking about live Aquaria. Only their Divers den fish are shipped from Wis The normal LA selection of fish is shipped from California.

thanks everyone. Just checking before I ordered. Yes it is from live aquaria. I ordered a couple of weeks ago and the shipment from live aquaria in California sent ice packs and the weather was in the fifties at night here in Houston area and I assume somewhere in between. I had quite a few DOA. The package was cold. I lost 3 eviota gobies and some 1/4 inch aquacultured shrimp. They also developed Ick. I originally thought flukes because of flashing. Also one blenny was rapidly breathing. Didn't see spots. So I dosed with prazipro twice. First time with recommended dosage. Second time after tank transfer I doubled the dose . The small tailspot blenny finally showed whitespots and died later that day. I have chloroquine in at 80mg/l so I hope not to loose more. But the 3 hectors gobies are thinner now. I hope to try BBS tomorrow to get them eating.
