Shivering Clowns

a while ago i purchased to baby clownfish, and within the past couple of weeks the smaller clown has been going under the bigger one and it looks like its shivering its always following the other clown and "shivering".
Is this normal behaviour?

great, i was going to try and setup a breeding tank for them one day aswell
