How do you know that is mertensi? Looks like haddoni to me

Its def a mertens gorgeous too but bad news mertens are usually browns and greens or purple as in eggplants.

That is a brown mertens but with a video camera and lighting they look red. Mine was sold as gold under flash and actinics when i got home in more realistic lightening it was olive drab.

They are considered the least colorful and largest which means they are the least wanted.

They look amazing and if you can create the right flpw conditions they sway amazong

I forgot they also show up red because of bioluminesence. This is def dusk or dawn.

Additionally, the ritteri (magnifica) and Cryptodendrum are living side by side temporarily at best. Winner gets that rock perch.

Gary i wanna set up a 30 x 30 cube for a mertens and a pair of clowns to be determined. When i got rod of my luecokranos i got rid of the mertens. Its still alive today i wish i never sold it.

I love clarki complex and but latz ha e a sweet spot since they kinda look like clarkis.

The ones i got from karen are gorgeous living in two large mags.

I saw a small (10" diameter) rainbow colored mert. It was gorgeous.
I think I'd go with orange skunks.

Dreaming of getting a mertens that is healthy and what clowns to pair them with.

Its an ugly colored anemone that once settled into a tank looks amazing when you get the right flow on it.

Its doesnt looks nice color wise but if your into certain types of clowns like some skunk complex and clarki complex clowns its the ultimate match cause it can bring out some amazing color on the clowns.

:lmao: We cant stop that.. I also love the Mertens and plan on adding one to the collection.. They have some of the most colorful verrucae out there as well.
