Matt is leaving for Hawaii.... store is sold....

Anyone been there or know Steve, the new owner? IMO this is a bummer.

Met Steve a while back as he used to work at sea schor.

From my understanding sho tank will serve as their HQ for the maintenance business. He told me that Matt will be collecting fish exclusively for the store.

That was a few weeks back

I've been going to Sho Tank for 12 years and as disappointed as I was to hear about Matt selling the interactions I've had with Steve and his staff have been very positive. Steve seems like a good guy. I hope the prices stay the same. Sho Tank has always made this hobby affordable unlike other Chicagoland stores. I was just there last night. Picked up a long nose hawkfish and wrasse.
