Should I be doing anything

So my tank is coming up on 9 months old. I have been doing 10-15% WC every week or two as well as using a tooth brush to clean some of the HA off the rocks. I haven't added any new fish or corals as I am saving some money to get some new equipment, skimmer and a new return pump.
The HA is the only thing that is a bothering me currently but I am hoping it is just part of the tank maturing and will go away in time. My coral is looking ok and growing. I am dosing 2 part daily and my parameters are look good. Is there anything else I should be doing?

What is your filtration like?
Changing media more frequently may help with the hair algae, but it is hard to say without more info.

What are you looking at for a return pump/skimmer?

Currently the only filtration I am running other than LR for a bio filter is a 200 micron filter sock and a crappy skimmer. I change the sock out almost twice a week. My nitrate and phosphate test good but I think it is because the HA is eating it up. I have chaeto in the sump but it does not appear to have grown at all in the few months I have had it.
Right now my return is a eheim 1260 but it is old and has to pump with a 4' head pressure so I was going to upgrade to a mag 9 or 12 and that way I could run a media reactor off it as well. In terms of a skimmer I would like something that is rated for about 200g. I was looking at the 8" reef octopus, but at this point any skimmer would be better than the one I have.

Anybody have an extra skimmer or a return pump they would sell?

I was going to suggest a media reactor, but it sounds like that is already in the plans. I have a BRS one. I hear the TLF one is better.

SeaSideAquatics sometimes sells refurbished Bubble Magus skimmers, but I don't see anything there now.

I've got a NAC6, which seems to be working well, now that I have a new impeller, but it is really too early to say for sure.

Also, I assume you have your own RO/DI maker? If not, where do you get your water? I'd suggest that as a top-of-the-list item.

I feel that chemipure is an expensive mixture of gfo and carbon for nano reefers. I do not see bigger tanks running chemipure.
