Should I be worried about my corals and bta nem?

This dang bta won't stop moving. Do I need to be worried about other corals?

Potentially. I dropped my hammer coral into my carpet anemone and it was like pulling it from the depths. Hammer still lives. My bta runs around a lot too but has not bothered anything that I have seen.

Well moving over is one thing, dying is another, in 31 years of keeping anemone's I can't recall once a nem died from touching a coral in both personal experience or reading on here, but I have seen just about every coral touched die w/ the exception of xenia and GSP, the stuff you probably might wish would perish!
So yeah, those may not die, but still will usually recede, so my opinion remains the same in who wins.

okay thanks guys. i'm going to try to create an island for these nems separate from everything else.

From what i've read, nems are okay in an area with Hammer, Frogspawn, Torch. Is that accurate?

As long as they don't touch, now the torch itself can be a problem for some corals too keep in mind.

I completely concur with you dav, never seen a nem die, but that's cuz they can run away from the fight if they are gonna lose. I should post a picture but I have a mini maxi that set up shop in the middle of a Xenia patch and while it bothered them at first they are now just growing around it.

IME torch are the worst but the entire Euphyllia genus can be troublesome to other corals.

Yeah xenia seem to handle ok, and just like you describe they seem bothered at first and then ok, probably allelopathy on initial contact.
I find touching or disrupting their space can trigger a certain amount of alleopathy.

I also agree torch's in particular can have a bit more sting and long sweepers, they can bother corals more so than other euphyllia, I personally have never had any issues w/ frog or hammer but I don't keep torch's for this reason even though I see a lot of very pretty torch's
