should I bother eradicating this nudi?

I have no idea if it's algae or zoa eating species but there's at least one small and now 100's of micro nudi's making home to my cycle tank - problem is I'm cycling it to become a zoa tank and want to know if this is a poor start? Anyone recognize this species?

If it were me I would get rid of it before it was an even bigger problem. If it was never going to become a problem...well you can't be to safe. Removal would be easy with nothing in the tank so you've got that on your side.

+1 on a platworm, otherwise called- red planeria. Could cause problems. If you find it to be a flatworm, best to get rid of the problem before the cycle starts.

Maybe some flatwork exit could kick start your cycle, with all the dead flatworms, instead of going the damsel cycle route.

Guess there might be 1 good use for flatworms afterall.....

ah - this looks like the more brown Acoel flatworm Convolutriloba or Amphiscolops
and an explanation as why I don't see them in the larger tank - the damsel is a known predator and they don't usually make it past chambers/pumps - these are probably eating the pods on the chaeto in my back chamber and only hitchhiked on the chaeto into this smaller cycling tank

-while these are not known to harm Zoa's just become the final plague - I think I'll syphon and try some FWE all the same
Thanks everyone!
