Should I buy it ( cleaner wrasse)?

Hi guys

My LFS has a cleaner wrasse that looks healthy and is eating NLS 0.5mm pellets. I really like this fish but have read conflicting information about keeping one. The question is if it is eating pellets is their any reason to believe that this fish would not do well long term? I see reports saying they starve to death as tanks don't have enough parasites for them but if the fish is eating pellets then that should not be the case. Are their other issues with cleaner wrasse other than starving?

If it's eating prepared food you are fine as long as everything else is in check. Like said before they like to jump.

Those which come from Africa seem to be hardier than the others. Mine eats lots of different things and approaches all the fish. Only time will tell if mine will be okay long term but I sure hope so as I'm very fond of it.

Ok great! cause I really love this fish! But can you clarify by what "everything else is in check" is? I want to make sure I have a decent home for it before I get him. My setup is 75 gallon with 30 gallon sump, MP10 and korallia ( forget what kind) running carbon ,gfo, bubble mag curve 7, got a lid, tank mates would all be combatible, water temp is 78 F, water parameters are in check.
