I have a fowler tang and mystery wrasse in qt for for 4 weeks now they did 2 rounds prazi and I am wondering if I should do Coppermine just in case with no symptoms

Seeing how well ttm is going for me, why don't you do ttm prophylactically for crypt? If you had velvet, it would be dead by now, yeah? I've never been to successful with Cu so I dunno... I kind of want a mystery wrasse now...

Yes, if it had velvet, it would be dead by now. Tank transfer will eliminate ich from the equation.

I'm in the same boat here. 9 days and no signs of anything. But I will start TTM on day 60 of my DT being fallow. I was gonna run copper with no signs but decided it was too cruel and risky.

9 days is way too soon if thats your total QT time. Velvet and many other disease's can take up to 4 weeks to show symptoms if the fish was held in a non therapeutic dose of copper. also fallow time should be 72 days(if dealing with ich, I THINK velvet is around 6 weeks, not sure.)
TTM before reintroduction sounds good.

Yes, the fallow time for velvet is six weeks.

Kidd Reef, not my QT time. Tank went fallow on Jan 7th and clowns went into QT on Jan 14. Fish are estimated to go into DT March 20th. I simply made that comment because all the fish I had before showed signs of a disease the first night I ever had them and this time is different.

My LFS said they ran low levels of copper but I tested their water when I got home and it was all zeros. I've just never had fish not show a sign right away but these are the first captive bred ones I've purchased.
