should i feed my fish two times a day?

well I think I'll go with pellet and seaweed for my fish in the morning, and formula 1/2 or brine shrimp in the afternoon does that sound good or is there something wrong with this feeding plane

Sounds good, but would skip the brine in favor of mysis.

I feed whenever I walk past the tank. So, it usually ends up being 3-4 times a day. I feed in the morning before work, right when I get home, and right before lights out. On some days I will throw in frozen clam or Nori on a clip.

IMO as long as you maintain proper water quality you cannot over feed MOST fish. There are exceptions such as anglers and some other predatory or sedentary species.
I feed my juvenile fish as many times as I can throughout the day without lowering my water quality. Usually this ends up being between seven and ten times per day. My Dult fish get. Minimum of three feedings per day.

One must remember what fish do in the wild. Forage for food. EAT, EAT, guard territories and spawn. Many species forage constantly throughout the day. It cannot be good for their digestive system or metabolism to go from almost constant small shouts of food to one large feeding per day, most fish are just not used to this.

this guy has it right.
mine get anywhere from 2-5 feedings a day, depending how my schedule is. i mix ~10 frozen foods with fuel, pellet food, flake food, reef chili, a little coral smoothie, and usually some fresh seafood. i thaw out/mix enough to feed for several days and always make sure to mix/stir it before each feeding
