Should I relocate my RBTA?

I currently have two RBTAs sharing the same rock at the top off my tank. One is the offspring of the other from about 4 1/2 months ago. They both have been doing great were on opposite sides of the tank each near their own powerhead getting enough flow. Then about 2 weeks ago the mother anemone decided to relocate next to the one that budded from it. Everything was good up until last weekend when the larger one decided to move just above the smaller one. Now the larger one opens fully daily and the smaller one doesn't inflate at all anymore. In addition the smaller one is completely shaded by the big one. They both still accept parts of silversides when fed but I am worried I might end up losing the smaller one without it getting light. Should I try to relocate it to the other side of the rock?

It will open up when it's happy. I've seen here in this forum where feeding too often will make them move and hide from you. We've experienced this with a GBTA. Some recommend only hand feeding 2X's a month.
