Should i start treating white spot for fish in QT?

I recently purchased a juvenile king angelfish and it is currently in QT. I noticed that it has one white spot on it's gill plate. Fish is eating, swim normal and no scratching. I read from this forum that white spot can disappear but then only come back with a more severe infestation. Disappearance of white spot only means it is burst. My question is should i start treating the fish now by either medication or hypo method, or should i just monitoring it and keep water parameters good in QT?

If the white spot is ich it should fade away in 3-7 days. Anything longer than that and it's more likely something else - such as Lympho. However, it's never a bad idea to run a fish in QT thru tank transfer as a prophylactic treatment for ich.
