should i use a skimmer

i have a 29g tank with a hang on fuge and im only going to have zoos, mushrooms and 1 fish do you guys think i should use a skimmer?

It wouldn't hurt to get a skimmer but in my own opinion you could get by with weekly water changes

I run my 24 skimmer free. Weekly 20 % waterchange. Controlled feeding will keep algae at bay. I would get some snails and crabs too.
