Here's mine. I really need to get a new pic. I have water, sand, rock and some corals now. I will try to get an updated one to post. Anyway, here it is...

Here is ours, ~74" long. The center beams between the doors pop out when we need more room to work under it. (my husband will still be doing some trim work around the top of it, and we're still deciding on any type of knobs or not). Can't wait to see more of what people have, hope they specify whether diy or not.

Nice work there Randy. I am woking towards something similar.

Thanks! That side cabinet is really nice to have! We have that integrated power center which is awesome to control all the pumps, fans ect. Just comes in REAL handy!

your's looks great. and good idea with the removal center support.

I built mine as a bookshelf/ wall unit, however I prefered a more rustic look in my den....

The tank is 220g (72x24x30) and the entire room is made from Roughcut lumber.

Randy,

What is made up of your power center? Is it power conditioners? If so, where did you get them? I have been thinking of getting something like this for my 75g as the equipment for it seems to be growing everyday and I would like to have it all hooked up together. Great looking tank/cabinet BTW.

No, not power conditioners. Just a couple of DJ power centers, three intermatic digital timers and our tunze controller. I also put an outlet on the front of it so that when we do a water change we can just plug in our pump and turn it on and off with one of the switches (real handy). I don't think power conditioners are need for pumps and such, they are only used with audio/video equipment, from what I know. Here's a closer pic of ours.

that's nice Randy... gonna have to set up something like that for the new tank. perfect time to design that into the system.

what size breakers are you running the power pannels on? and do you have each on isolated at the breaker box or are you running them all off the same breaker?
