Great looking group of clams dphinsx2!! It's been neat to see that there are so many great looking clams out there. I can hardly wait to get a clams only tank up and running.

Here's mine I just got 2 days ago. Since I can't adjust the exposure on my camera, the picture is kinda washed out and you can't see the gold in it that well.

Posting lighting is a good idea.

The tank is a 75gwhich is 24in tall. I'm running 2 x 250watt 20k Radiums on icecap ballasts and 2 x 40watt NO 5500's. With only the radiums, the color was a little too blue for my taste. The pics were with my hood lifted 18 inches in order to get the camera in above the water. Usually the lights run about 6 in over the water.

My tank is a 40gal long with 1 MH 250watt se 14k hamilton supplimented by 2x110 watts of Vho(1 white x 1 blue03).The Vhos are about 1-2 inchs off the water and the MH is about 12-13 inchs off the water.

The pics of my clams are on the first page. They are under
4 x 110 VHO. Both clams are on the sandbed. I think my bulbs are 2 actinics and 2 50/50's.
