I have the worst stand ever. Seriously. The tank isn't a rectangle, but a trapezoid, since the front panel is smaller than the back. So even though I have 4' in back, it narrows to a single door in the front. I squeezed a 40 gallon breeder under there for a sump, so the 2 power strips end up screwed to the back corner and tough to reach. I cut a hole in the wall and keep my Apex and ATO reservoir in the closet behind the tank. The cords are a complete mess, and I have to do yoga to loosen up before I can reach anything. My build is the exact opposite of Dennis's builds.
We buy stuff that sometimes has cords so long you have to fold and zip-tie them, and others that barely reach. To make matters worse, they're ALL black. I tried using colored zip-ties as a code, but, of course, lost where I put the key code...
Can I see some pictures of how people have managed all this chaos?
