Show me your DIY led Rails

Hey All!
I need some ideas to show my husband a stand/rail set-up for my LED light. The old LED light just got tired and I was not satisfied with the system that was built for that.
I have a 60g tank that is 36 inches long and about 24 inches deep. I have new RapidLED fixture that I want to place over the tank. I would like to use the hanging kit if possible. Problem is- where the tank is located the ceiling height is ~18-20 ft and sloped. So nothing hanging from the ceiling. I already have the tank up and going, so I would REALLY rather NOT pull the tank away from the wall to affix any thing. So what I would like to see is some fixtures that set on top of the tank either PVC or aluminum.
So lets see what you guys have!!!

If you can attach something to the stand, you can make something out of electrical conduit tubing from home depot. I did that, bolted to the back of my stand and then used aircraft cable to hang my Hydras

I'm using 80/20 rails (search on McMaster Carr's website, Amazon, etc) and some bolts to slide my lights in..

The 80/20 rails are just held on the canopy with a bolt through the top..

So far the aluminum rails are appealing. Plus my husband is liking the idea of the aluminum. Just need to figure how to attach the set-up. I hate having to drill into the wood stand. I am thinking to have the rails about 2ft over the top of the tank. I can always adjust the light height using the cables from the kit.

Alternatively you can attach rails to the wall and extend arms out. I've seen a few setups like that posted here.

That is what I did. Make an L shape with a 90 degree 80/20 bracket and drill through short leg and attach to wall with toggle bolts.
