Mark show me your 2nd favorite coral

That is so hard to decide...I will come up with one; Just for you Ed.

Good thing this isnt a 'chose one to save your life' thread :D

Heres my favorite acro, the thing is just red to the bone. Looks alot like what people are calling an A.mirabilis, one of the slowest growers in my tank, and not very photogenic ;)

and my favorite LPS with just raw unadulterated sex appeal when you look at the tank, is this Leptastrea, likely a Leptastrea pruinosa:

Here's one of my favorites. Belive it or not but this came from a frag pack as the nub you see in the middle. The frag pack was 10 for $100. It was labelled rainbow monti original...but a lot of people say its starting to look like a superman.

Very nice Mark & Nuuze!

Mark- B Joe is sooo sick!! & $500 for a coral...dude your nuts!!

Nuuze-That monti is sweet! How long did it take to grow for the plug to what we see in your pic?

That is what it is called because that is what the colony was bought for. I thought the same thing for awhile. You should check some of the stories out behind the LE corals. That is part of the fun.

That's about 9 months of growth.

That is some great growth Nuuze.
