The inner yellow ring looks more yellow with a hint of green. The outer ring of "fingers" is definitely more purple than it is in that pic.

those are majano (spelling???) anemones. not a zoanthid but still pretty.

Yep, will be at the Feb swap for sure. Been trying to keep up with the BAR meetings as well.

I'll probably be side trading some of those zoos.

No big photo tips from me, really. I use a Nikon CoolPix. Set on macro, no flash, autowhite balance, sometimes manual white balance if the colors are wrong, snap the pic, crop in MS Photo Editor, click on autobalance, and that's it Basically out of the camera with minimal tweaks.

joreef: excellent... those reds are stunning... check up on ZoAid.com and see if they have a name.. if not, then you can probably come up with a "unique" name for them..
