Show off your McCosker Wrasse

Here's my little fugger. Tough little guy. @ 1 inch here he hangs with fish 2-5 times bigger. Sorry the flash in the pic washes out some colors.

Unless your into fish jerky I have no pics. Mine jumped yesterday while I was gone. went right through the netting that I had.
I have now lost 2 McCosker's and 4 Carpenters, I have used eggcrate in the past, barely even slowed them down, and have been using a netting material given to my by a fellow RC member several months back. I had no issues with the netting until yesterday and feel at this point I will have a full canopy before adding more of the smaller flasher wrasses.

They DO jump. The fairy wrasse do as well. Eggcrate will not stop them or even slow them down. I thought that 1/4 inch netting might keep them in; what size did you use.

It was 1/2 as well. I lost all of my Carpenters using eggcrate, I switched to the mesh and added 2 McCoskers Feb. of last year. One was being beat up pretty good so I put him in an uncovered fuge which proved to be a mistake. The other had been fine until yesterday. I'm not sure why he jumped but all my fish were spooked when I got home yesterday.

I hear my wrasses banging off my covers when i come by to feed the tank. LOL One does it everytime. I guess they have to take turns. I use full acrylid lids over my tank opening's.
Yeah i think he's close to adult colors, Just very small yet.
He already shows off some nice colors already, Just i need flash to get a pic of them and not be blurry.
