i was at the pets unlimited table. ( we had the hamsters and the wierd gorgonian frag rack)



anyways today i stoped by eco reef to pick up a frag. ( saw one at the swap but couldent pick it up at the time.) thankfully it ddint sell and i was able to get it today. along with some kalk


next year im not sure if ill be going with the store again or if im going to go solo but i plan on having alot more frags since i have two 30 inch by 60 inch by 24 inch tanks for aqua culture now
( really hope to go with the store again)


ty- i loved your frags but was sorry i couldent trade for any.


and thanks to every one who helped us bring all out stuff outside at the end. ryan ( other guy at table) had to go get a cover for the truck and i was left bagging stuff my self
next year i think ill have a better plan.

i was sad that i wasnt able to leave the table at the begining and buy for my self.

Haha, same here.
I didn't get a chance to walk around and see everybody's stuff until almost 3pm.
Thank God a few people came by with their own frags to trade or else I might have left near empty-handed.
I think I only bought a couple of frags that Jess and ReefGardener had left near the end.

I never made it over to your Pets Unlimited table, or Riptide's, or Darcy's... I would've loved some of those sweet-looking RPEs that mar-y-sol posted.

Maybe next time I won't have a table and just run around getting first dibs on all the good stuff! LOL

Finally got some of my goodies in the tank this evening (after an overnight interceptor bath, followed by FWE, iodine dips, and even remounting a few). Nothing personal, I just don't know where these corals have been. :lol: :lol:

#1 and #3 are both from Riptide, and the polyps were out within minutes of going in the display tank. They had some pretty nice stuff in that tank!

I don't have a good shot of them yet, but we also brought home 6 zoanthid frags. Also, a strawberry digitata, and a green encrusting montipora with bright purple polyps (need a pic of that one!).

Again, I just can't say enough about how much I enjoyed the swap.

i wanted a monti or somthing from reefgardener but by the time i got over there she was out! ( i love montis and acros. )


anyways just got my kalk setup on my reef tank. i think ill build my own kalk reactor for the aquaculture ( 55 gallons or so cause i can see this kalk going FAST )

Bring a spouse or s.o. with you next time. Christy and I were finished setting up by 11:40, so we had a chance to scout out the good stuff before it opened. At 12:00, I held down the table for a few minutes while she ran around picking stuff up.
