Shrimp food?

I have a 120 mixed tank with 10 peppermint shrimp, 1 cleaner shrimp, and a fire(blood) shrimp. I feed them everything from mysis, cyclopeeze (fire shrimp and cleaner will eat out of my hand with syringe), to pellets. They eat all of it.

But because I have a larger number of shrimp I want to make sure they are getting all the food they need without over feeding by having to drop enough pellets into the tank and some of them getting blown around.

Is there some other kind of food that would fit this situation better?

Maybe some kind of food that sinks and comes in larger pieces?

I use sinking shrimp pellets to feed my peppermint shrimp. They are too big for my clowns to eat and the shrimp grab them and take them back under the rocks. The bottle has a picture of a corey cat on it.
