Shrimp Goby Troubles

Hey RCers,
I have a 12 gallon that's been up for about 3 years. A pair of percs, few sexy shrimp, and a candy cane pistol live in there. I've always wanted a Yasha Goby ever since I set up my tank. I've gone through two now and everytime I get one I find it about 3 days later with an empty stomach. I have pvc tunnels for them to live in but they always seem to bail on it and so I can never seem to feed them directly. Just add pellets and mysis and hope they eat. Any suggestions? :T

Yes your 12 gallon is two small to keep 3 fish. What is happening is that because of the clown fish in the same tank it is going to get scared and hide. With No room really for it to run or hide it is forced to stay in one spot and die. You should not try and keep another fish in such a small tank as it is .. 2 clown fish is loads for a 12 gal tank.. If you want to have a goby for your shrimp you are going to need to upgrade your tank. I have had bad luck with a goby and a clown fish as well.
If you have already lost 2 dont get another.. Or trade in your clowns. Those are my thoughts..
