It is brown and tan striped leggs. Has very long arms in the front with tiny pinchers. Has a long pointy nose. and the body is dark brown with a tan tail and a white strip down the leingth of the tail.
 
It looks to me like a squat lobster of some sort... hopefully someone can chime in with a better ID but I think we'll need better/closer pictures for a better id.
 
I can try to get a better pic. It's about 3 cin. long. VERY tiny. If it is a lobster of that sort, is it ok in a fish only tank or reef tank? Will it hurt anything?
 
Icy's right, it's a squat lobster. The name is misleading - it's not a lobster at all. These crabs are relatives of hermit crabs. According to the literature nearly all of them are either filter feeders or eat detritus. with that kind of feeding habit and it's small size your individual is about as reef safe as a crab can be!
