I have some more info on this shrimp.

Yes, he's a peppermint, someone posted a great comparison image and it seems that he is a Boggessi.

The great news is that he ate all the aiptasia out .

Doesn't look like a Bogg to me..
But if it ate your aiptasia thats all the confirmation you need..
