Could be a bullseye snapping shrimp.

Or mantis shrimp, I dont see the claws of the lobser in that hole, they look awfully club-like

Have a friend take a photo while you offer it some food, you know, enticing it to come out its hole some more

Edit: you can see its eye stalks beteen its antenna and not on the sides like a pistol/snapping shrimp

Could be mantis shrimp, they tend to hitchhike. If that's what it is get him out, mine was attacking snails and crabs before I moved him to the sump.
