Shrinking Octo spawn...help

I've had this octo for 2month. Was going well...just last two weeks I lost 2 heads.<br />
Remaining two are shrinking.It's under low light like other frog spawn I have in pic. Others are doing great. Params ok.<br />

What can I do to salvage this?I thought it needed same care as other frog spawn?<br />

I'm not exactly sure what's wrong with it, but you might want to look into Brown Jelly Disease/Syndrome and see if anything looks or sounds familiar.
