shroom help

I gota shroom that wont stay on my rock and i cant rubberband it due to the size and placement. will it be fine in the sand?

I usually put little loose mushrooms in a small plastic cup with rubble on the bottom. Within a week or so the mushroom usually attaches itself to some of the rubble and you can then place or glue the rubble it attached to where you want. They do like to take hold of something. Usually when left on the sand it will end up getting blown somewhere that either it or you won't like.

Ditto. I cut a small piece of PVC pipe (about 2 -3 inches) and drilled holes (smaller than the size of the shroom) in it for water flow and filled it with rubble. I then put the mushroom on top of the rubble. I think cut a piece of bridal veil and put it over the top of the PVC with a rubber band on it. As E.D. says, a week or two they usually attached to a piece of rubble and then you can put it anywhere you want. Again, do not leave a lose piece on the sand. Based on experience, they disappear never to be seen again if you don't grab them when you see them........good luck.

I've had good luck with superglue, although I've heard that it doesn't work for some people.
