Sick anemone?

So my anemone has been acting strange lately, he has been balled up and deflated, inflated, then stretched very far out, and hides. I snapped a quick picture of him, he will not eat either.

I have also tested my parameters they are as follows
PH: 8.0
Temp: 79.8F
Salinity: 1.025
Nitrates: 10ppm
Nitrites: 0
Phosphate: 0
Calcium: 440
Carbonate: 10/179ppm KH
