Sick butterfly

I would like some help ID'ing this affliction. I have been "treating " by adding Marine Max and garlic to the fish food in an effort to make the fish healthier to fight this off. However this is week three of this and the white objects on the dorsal fins are accumulating.. Any help is appreciated.

Looks like lymphocystis to me.

UV and very good water quality

BTW, many people do not know how to use the UV. Often flow is too fast. A bypass loop is generally needed to run water thru the UV.
