1. How old is this aquarium?
A little over a month.B]
2. If less than six months old, what is ammonia level?
0 It spiked a few weeks ago and I just added a sump to the system with about 30 gallons of water. It has been consistantly at 0 for a few weeks.
3. What is SG of this aquarium? How measured?
1.024. Measured with Coralife DeepSix Hydrometer
4. When was the last fish added to this aquarium?
Chromis added 2 weeks ago. Feather duster and 10 blue leg hermits 1 week ago. Clean-up crew arived today (assorted snails for the display, chaeto and mangroves for the refuge).
5. Was it quarantined? If so, how? And how long? Was it prophylactically treated? How?
No. I need to get a quarantine tank set up. I'll be doing that this week.
6. If you are using a copper based medication, which one? How often do you measure level? When?
N/A
7. If you are using hyposalinity, how did you calibrate your refractometer?
N/A
8. Please describe in detail, the appearance of the fish? If there is one or more pimples, are they lumpy? What color?
Medium sized Chromi - Developed a white fuzzy looking ball near his fin about four days ago. I think it may be fungus after researching the material on the web, but I am still unsure. Possibly the start of fin rot? Reaching out to you for experienced answers.
Larger Chromi - Had some damage to the scales on his right side (facing him) that looked like a reddish area about a week ago. He began healing, but you can still tell where he was having trouble. I think this was from them establishing a pecking order. Last night I noticed a white spot on his left side (facing him) that you can tell is bulged out a bit when he is looking right at you.
9. Please describe the behavior of the fish as best you can. Is it acting reclusive? Is it always up towards the top of the aquarium? Is it avoiding light? How active is the fish?
They did go through some stress since it is a newer tank. They all eat fine, don't hide too often (aside from the smaller one that doesn't have any abnormal markings), no listlessness, or anything. They were acting stressed two weeks ago by swimming "jumpy/twitcy" and the larger one was expanding all his fins and stretching his mouth a few days ago.
10. Is the fish eating? What?
Frozen brine shrimp. Some flake food. I'll occassionally soak the brine in garlic. If I don't soak the food, I will put the recommended dosage directly into the tank (1 drop per 10 gallons of water). I add Microvert to the tank for the feather duster once a week (1 drop per gallon of water). I've done this twice now. Instructions on the bottle say to do it up to 3 times a week, but since I only have one feather duster and I wasn't sure if it was even needed I only do it once a week.
Here's a video link (hopefully it works) showing the fish. You can slightly see the white markings on the larger Chromi (will be on the right side in the video) and you can see the white marking near the fin/gill area of the medium Chromi (will be in the middle of the two others in the video).

I have a picture that I attached as well. It's of the white cottony spot on the medium sized Chromi. I had a second one but it was too large of a file to upload. The video should be more helpful.
Thanks for any help. Hopefully it isn't something that will kill them and I'll be able to just pick up the supplies for a quarantine thank and fix em right up.
