Sick clown (with pics)

I purchased two juvi clowns 10 days ago. One was 1 1/2" and the other 3/4". Both were put straight in a QT tank and a few days later the larger of the two stopped eating and then I noticed long white stringy poo. I did a search and found it was more than likely internal parasites. I found some PraziPro and started treating. After I started treating I noticed the smaller of the two also had white stringy poo but was still eating. Well yesterday I lost the larger of the two. After I removed her I did a cleaning and a 75% W/C.

Tonight the smaller one that is left quit eating also. Then I noticed this:

To give you an idea of scale that's a 2" PVC fitting.

I dosed with PraziPro again and it immediately came loose.

Does it look like that I'm treating for the right thing? If not, then what should I be using?

Any help is appreciated.

If it were me I would do a FW dip and then treat tank with Cuprimine as well. I've used both prazi and cupramine with clowns and had success. Looks like you have a possible Brook and crypto infection going on. I would post this in the disease forum and fast.

If there is a mass of worms in a fish's gut and all of it suddenly dies, it could plug up the gut when the fish is trying to pass it out. The GI tract could back up and prevent digestion or cause hemorrhage from the impaction.
