Sick Clown?

not really seeing him eat, but is he sick and if so how can i fix?
tried pellets and brine. i have seen him poop so maybe he is eating while i am not watching.

Is clown new or has been in tank and this just haapened is tank newly set up, parameters, did you qt the clown?
